OUR TEAM
Jake Madorsky
Founder & Managing Partner
Jake Madorsky is the founder of Tailwind Real Estate Partners and serves as the Managing Partner. He is responsible for all aspects of Tailwind including deal sourcing & structuring, capital markets, investor relations, asset management, and the strategic direction of the firm.
Prior to founding Tailwind, Jake spent five years at Senterra, where he played an integral role in the firm’s real estate initiatives across a diverse portfolio spanning Industrial, Multifamily, Land, Hospitality, Self-Storage, Retail, and Office assets.
Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University.
